I remember my first mentor… a wonderful manager, leader, mother and friend.

A strong believer in my capability, even when I doubted myself. A woman who always took the time to check if I was OK no matter how many competing priorities she had of her own.

A woman who taught me to have an open mind and open heart. To challenge boundaries, to question what’s possible, and not be afraid to learn from my mistakes.
